Through litigation, insurance disputes may take several years plus it would be more expensive. Using ADR methods to manage the disputes concerning car insurance and the other different insurance covers, also in public sector, would facilitate the resolution of the conflicts between insurance companies and their customers by reducing tension and preserving the future relations between the people involved.
With ADR it will save time, effort and money for both parties.
